Large Addition in Concord MA

June 7, 2024

Our team just completed this beautiful addition in Concord, MA which was just under 1000sq ft! This huge project included a brand new kitchen and eating area, living room with bar, ground floor W/C, a bedroom and master bath, kids bathroom AND a beautiful deck and garage! We used 5/4 trim with a crown molding detail on the roof, cedar clapboard and Marvin Ultimate windows to match the existing home.

When it comes to kitchen renovations, homeowners are increasingly looking for ways to blend functionality with style while creating spaces that feel unique and personalized. One of the hottest trends we’re seeing in 2024 is the addition of a hidden butler’s pantry. The homeowners of this project wanted a kitchen that was modern and open, but also practical for entertaining. They loved the idea of keeping the main kitchen clutter-free, but didn’t want to sacrifice the functionality needed for prepping large meals. Enter the hidden butler’s pantry—a clever solution that offers extra storage and prep space, while keeping everything out of sight during gatherings. One of our favorite features in this kitchen renovation was the custom made arched pocket door leading to the butler’s pantry. Arched doorways have been gaining popularity in home design, and incorporating this detail into a hidden pantry creates an unexpected focal point. The homeowners loved how the arch tied together the modern and classic elements of their kitchen, adding a sense of timelessness to an otherwise contemporary space. This project is a perfect example of how a well-thought-out renovation can transform a kitchen into a space that not only looks great but works hard behind the scenes. We absolutely love how this master bath renovation in Sudbury came out! Choosing the right materials in a project like this is crucial in achieving the desired aesthetic. The client opted for high-quality wood effect porcelain tiles for the flooring, complemented by soft, earthy hues for the walk-in shower tiles. The fixtures—in a polished chrome finish—tie everything together beautifully. Click here to connect with our expert team! We're here to turn your vision into reality.
