EVERY PROJECT INCLUDES: FULL LAYOUT AND UNLIMITED RENDERINGS OF YOUR PROJECT FROM ANY ANGLE, PRESENTATION OF MATERIAL CHOICES AND LAYOUT OPTIONS, ACCESS TO ALL OUR EXPERT STAFF, VENDORS, CRAFTSMEN AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
For a small percentage of your project cost of the total project cost with a contract to build by us.
- Full design assistance includes fixtures, tile, appliances, layout, style profiling, paint colors and anything else that you can dream up.
- Drawings, renderings, permits and structural drawings
- Execution of all facets of the construction process with our in-house staff of artisans as well as any and all Subcontractors.
- Complete access to Buildertrend, our on-line scheduling program. Receive daily logs on the progress of your build with pictures, and a fully interactive schedule.
- No surprise design fees.
If you have a smaller project contact us for pricing. We have an affordable pricing structure for kitchens and bathrooms. For larger projects with us we save you money by taking a percentage of the final project cost to determine design fees.
